The general public and all those interested in the matter are hereby informed that on October 10, 2024, the Court of First Instance of Port-au-Prince issued a judgment granting the divorce of Mr. Eddy TOUSSAINT from his wife, née Geanne MERIÇOIS, for serious and public insults to the wife's detriment. It also granted the dissolution of the marital ties that existed between the said spouses.
