The Ministry of National Education announced this in a communiqué issued on Thursday, August 7, 2025. In this communiqué, it is specified that the 2025-2026 school year in Haiti will include 186 school days, and 11 holidays. The number of school days will be distributed as follows: 844 hours for preschool, 930 hours for basic education and 1,116 hours for secondary education.
